     How to improve your navigation skills in Orienteering? The best is to improve visualization. It's very simple. You need some maps from another competition, little bit motivation and you are ready for training. You shouldn't do something special, you need only to read the map and to imagine what you see, during the running.

     So I decide to do the same at last two training. At begining it was difficult because I don't have time to read the map while running. It disappointed me. The first half of training I ran with sadness in soul, without pleasure. But the second part was absolutely contrary and I finished training with smile because it started to get well. At the end I was very happy and motivated. Each training I ran 11km of which 7 km with reading map. In conclusion, this exercise is one of the best, for my mind, and I repeat it.
